An elementary school student made a disturbing threat by writing in permanent marker on a classroom whiteboard that he’s bringing a gun to school in addition to writing a “list of people who I’m going to kiII” and leaving it on his desk.
As a result, the 10-year-old student, was arrested and taken into custody on a felony charge of making a written threat to kiII.
The student tried pleading with deputies, claiming he didn’t mean any harm and it was all a joke.
