There is over 70,000 sq ft across multiple structures and is regarded as “the most expensive home in the USA (what better way to celebrate it’s 250 year anni than buying this). The main house has 10 bedrooms, 13 staff bedrooms and the guest house has 6 guest bedrooms with 10 more staff bedrooms. Currently listed for only $400 million.
