Roblox has no respect for you as a creator if your creations don't match their creative vision. You can create millions of customers and have it taken away. They don't have any respect for you as a consumer either. You can buy some thing one day and have it taken away the next.

Roblox is forcing all static faces offsale and removing them from users' inventories unless we update them to be dynamic. For a while now I have been running the @LastinkerRoblox group, but sadly Roblox is releasing this update and forcing me to quit. 💔

hey @Roblox @robloxdevrel I've had some assets that were made 2 years ago taken down for "cheating and exploits"- which has resulted in my account being permanently revoked access to 3D Avatar Creation, or better known as UGC. When reaching out to appeals, I got no response. So I emailed them. I have gotten the same AI response about 5+ times now saying the items were removed for misusing Roblox's system. This whole situation is making me feel extremely infuriated as I have reached out numerous times and again every email I have sent gets the same response, with nobody giving a care to actually take a look at my case. I have obeyed Roblox's community guidelines the entire 4 years+ I have been creating on there and the fact this is how me and many others are treated is preposterous. Taking a look into my creator portal, I see a huge message stating that my access to 3D Avatar Item Creation has been permanently revoked. However, when emailed about this, Roblox moderation is stating the complete opposite saying that it is only temporary and to try again with a different concept. How am I supposed to try with a different concept if my access is banned? If you take a look at the photo provided, you will see that only half of the items were removed while others on my account are still up. This doesn't make any sense to me and is extremely unfair. I'm so stuck on what to do at this point as I've done pretty much everything I can.. This is so extremely upsetting and concerning. The fact that everything can be taken away with no explanation or even an email is crazy! I would've had no idea that my access was taken away if it wasn't for the creator portal. This isn't right at all! Oh.. and I'd also like to mention that the items were removed slowly.. starting from Dec. 30th spanning until January 5th. I'm running out of time for this to be resolved.. making all of this completely permanent. :( #RobloxDev #robloxugc #roblox #help

@BoiledCrickets @Roblox @robloxdevrel Hmm, I had a head item deleted as well, because of the invisibility rules. I suggest you try to post a bug report since that's how I've had my stuff fixed. Unfortunately there's no way to do it with support, you shouldn't waste time with that.

@BoiledCrickets @Roblox @robloxdevrel Even the option to make a new account is ridiculous, as you mentioned, but also because if it wasn't a group that you used, you'd have to try and reestablish a customer base on a new account when the algorithm seems to favour verified / longstanding creators already

@Roblox @robloxdevrel Posting about this situation again because it's unfathomable how unruly Roblox has been with it's take downs! From my other post alone, I've had multiple people reach out about similar experiences they've had on the platform- with false take downs and bans, completely making them unable to further create as well. This is ridiculous with the lack of care Roblox has been giving their creators- and after all, us creators are what helps Roblox be the platform that it is today with our ideas and aspirations. It's incredibly disheartening that with a snap of your fingers, everything can be taken away. Along with how they do not have any sort of communication when your access is permanently taken away. The fact that so many other are people are dealing with this- not only just UGC creators, should raise some eyebrows about the moderation on the platform. Roblox has changed my life tremendously, along with tons of other creators. Without it, I would not be in the position I am today. I can provide for my family, pay medical bills, not have to worry if there will be food on the table or if the heat will be on this month. The fact that I would have to make a whole new account to continue to upload- which takes so much money already is just incredibly sad. NOBODY should have to do this and I find it a bit insane that so many people have been needing to. It's really and truly not fair whatsoever. @idelww @Roblox @robloxdevrel cheats and exploits, I've messaged many different times stating its a neck item and not a head item. When they responded hit was changed it to misusing roblox's guidelines or something along the sorts. :(

@ReverseRBLX Very recently experienced the same unfortunate issue @BoiledCrickets went through. In the end I was forced to make a new account to continue uploading UGC + a group. Its truly unfortunate what Roblox has become in regards to the UGC Program...

If you make UGC and it helps support you and your family you have to constantly be worried that they will change the rules then punish you retroactively. So severely that you lose access to your ability to continue to make products. Its a terrible way to live.

@BoiledCrickets As it turns out, you're not the only one who was affected by this. And by this I mean, someone has took a death toll on us, let this be known on my case, it was MisterPurger. My Megaman UGCs was affected just 2 days ago, losing in total 40K+ robux. Worst week of my life.
