NEWS -- In the House Republican Conference meeting, Indiana GOP Rep. ERIN HOUCHIN said she was whipping NO on the budget resolution.
Houchin is a member of the Budget Committee. She said she is a no because she wasn't included in convos and wasn't invited to the meeting at Camp David.
HOUCHIN has a vote in the Budget Committee, a vote in the House Rules Committee and a vote on the floor.
