Assam and Bengal are clear cases of the election being stolen by the BJP with the support of the EC. We agree with Mamata ji. More than 100 seats were stolen in Bengal. We have seen this playbook before: Madhya Pradesh. Haryana. Maharashtra. Lok Sabha 2024 etc चुनाव चोरी, संस्था चोरी - अब और चारा ही क्या है!

The BJP is picking off one opposition party after another & our opposition fails to see it. Same fate awaits Akhilesh Yadav’s Samajwadi party in the UP elections. Mayawati is already neutralised. The Cong lacks inspiring leadership & has no credible issues to focus voter interest going backwards in to caste & region. Like it or not accept it or not India is now a Hindu majoritarian country

@VJsapps @CitImmCanada The idea that just anyone from India can claim asylum is a bit absurd. Yes, there are plenty of problems, but persecution? Hardly. Discomfort isn’t the same as danger, and inconvenience doesn’t qualify as asylum-worthy oppression.

Dear @CitImmCanada , there are thousands of refugee claimants in Canada from Tamil Nadu India claiming that they are Christians and persecuted by Modi. Tamil Nadu just elected a Christian Chief Minister, BJP were crushed to just 3% total votes. Can we deport all the FAKE refugees back to India now.

This is how it is done and functional beauty of Indian democracy ( frankly Canada has something learn from them esp rules prohibiting floor crossing) . DMK has done a fab job making TN one of the most progressive, developed state in India and at their peak faced anti incumbency wave that even the CM was defeated by a new party led by a charismatic movie star with no political experience.
Next 5 years are going to be interesting for TN and India in general !

Life can be so brutal. This man did everything for Tamil Nadu. He brought investment. He built world class infrastructure. He created employment.
