@LeShuttle_Help your app is inaccessible. For months it just doesn't want to open. Keeps hanging on loading screen. Tried everything install, uninstall. Any idea's?
@LeShuttle_Help Is there a problem with the Eurotunnel app? I cannot login to it. it keeps loading on the front page. Tried re-installing the app l, turning on/off phone nothing helps?

@LeShuttle we are travelling to France tomorrow. How does it work if we arrive more than 2 hours before departure and want to pay for earlier train. Do we arrange this at a specific desk inside the terminal?
@LeShuttle Are there problems with the eurotunnel app? While loading i get an error. I have re-installed the app but now it doesn't find my booking details anymore??

Yesterday was another day that reminded me just how much I love this sport. Going from your emotions hitting the floor to ending on a high is such a thrill. All of our hard work as a team is starting to pay off. Together we are making progress! Can’t wait for this weekend.
@LeShuttle Two questions: are the toilets open on the train? Second: our train is at 23.20 but we might arrive hours earlier. Can i change and pay at location for an earlier train or better to do online?
@LeShuttle we are booked on the 00.59 train but might arrive way early! I checked and saw between 22.00 and. 23.59 you are sold out. Could we still have a chance to be put on an earlier one you think???
@LeShuttle We travel back home to the Netherlands. My husband is british. In the list of compelling reasons on your website it is not clear what i need to tick for him. British National under withdrawel agreement?
Travel Update
Passengers travelling from the UK, with residency in other EU countries under the Withdrawal Agreement, can again transit through France to return home. Subject to their journey to UK being completed before 28 Dec 2021.
This comes into force immediately.
@LeShuttle We arrived in the UK on the 23rd of December and trip back home ( Netherlands) is on the 6th of January. Is there already a date or period known until WHEN we are allowed to travel back to our homes in the EU?
@goatsarecool1@LeShuttle I agree that transit companies are not responsible for the decisions made by the government. But start informing your customers when there is an official announcement to refer to or expect these kind questions.
@LeShuttle The transit company can't be blamed or held accountable for what countries do - they can advise what documents are needed but the entry requirements are deemed by France and UK - not The Shuttle
