Today I accepted an invitation to go on a far-right Indian TV channel. I wanted to push back against the absurd allegation that the "Western media" is "peddling fake news" about the New Delhi riots. I tried my best. But it was like speaking to a loud, huge, and angry wall. Sad.

I am shocked — shocked! — to read that @ArvindKejriwal has taken control of @DelhiPolice, slapped PSA charges on @narendramodi and @AmitShah, placing them under house arrest until they disavow the anti-national ideology of Hindutva.

I hate to break it to you, traffic inconvenience is a much smaller problem in the face of Indians potentially being stripped off their citizenship, argues @HibaBeg.
