@SendJuggler Hi. Thanks for the feedback. It is good to hear other views. 🙂 We have a questionnaire at the end of the consultation so we can evaluate effectiveness. An online consultation is just one option in LSCFT. Face to face and telephone apps are still available if preferred 👍

In Lancs and Sth Cumbria we are using AA and starting to think about sustainability. We are a MH, LD and comm org. In similar orgs do you know what % of your contacts are f2f, telemedicine and telephone? Would be really interesting to know 🤔

@HughMcCaughey At LSCFT we’ve just rolled out to 700 staff in one go across multiple mental health services. With many more services to go on 4th may and beyond. Had some really good feedback and measured some significant benefits for perinatal services that could be multiplied many times over!

We are seeing real momentum building on the use of video consultation as a safe and effective alternative to Face to Face outpatient appointments. A LTP commitment being rolled out in a matter of weeks. #NHSVideoConsult #Improve4Patients rcplondon.ac.uk/news/scaling-v…
