Old vine Petit Manseng, harvested in late November & fermented dry—leading to an alcohol of 15%—though the extract & acidity are so high that it is in balance. Dominated by cream & mangoes, offset by a smoky minerality.

A red... Sancerre! From a single plot of Pinot Noir vines that are almost as old as me. Before phylloxera, Sancerre was predominantly a red wine region. Now, it is a reliable source of high quality Burgundian-style Pinot Noir at a fraction of the cost 🍷
