@CBHelpTeam hi I bought a dress in store and the corset broke I was ill so I couldn’t return it on time but I would like a refund because it’s quite annoying to wear without the corset I bought it on the 2nd of December and I would’ve thought you guys have xmas extended returns

@boohoo I purchased a dress for my partner and a polo for myself, I have sent both items back, dress due to small sizing and polo shirt was ripped down the side seam of the polo, can I get an update on the refund?

@BoohooUK i bought an item of clothing, it was faulty on arrival, broken zip, draw strings pulled through, sent back. Ordered it again only to receive the exactly the same thing back! Sort it out #boohoo

Anyone else had trouble getting a full refund from @boohoo paid full price for an item and sent it back. It has now been marked down in price and i am being refunded the cost of what the item is now and not what i paid for it.

@boohoo @boohoo_cshelp absolute joke of a company! Ordered bits for holiday next day never came! Had to rebuy the day before i went away! Parcel came when i was away..I have sent it back ages ago and still no refund!! It’s disgusting!!

I only wanted to check a recent return @ASOS 2 hours later and finding out 20 orders have never been refunded, dated as far back as October 2020 😳. Total amounting to £££. Then offered 10% off next order as a way of an apology. I’m staggered!! Check you refunds peeps
