@bookingcom Yes, i contacted them 2 or 3 times and your terrible support says the same thing. Apparently there are no brains and they just read/type from a paper. We will be retiring soon and Booking is going to be losing out on our business if this is not resolved.

آخر این هفته سفری ‌داشتم به برنبورگ ‌و برای یک شب باید در برنبورگ میموندم برای همین تصمیم گرفتم از سایت Booking.com یک اقامتگاه رزرو کنم. به برنبورگ که رسیدم‌ دنبال کارام رفتم و همه چیز طبق برنامه‌ام پیش میرفت، تقریبا آخر شب بود که به محلی که توی سایت رزرو کرده بودم رسیدم، تا اینجا روحمم خبر نداشت که چقدر قراره همه چیز بد پیش بره و برنامه هام خراب بشه. با میزبان تماس گرفتم و ازش رمز ورود به اقامتگاه روخواستم، که ابتدا بدون هیچ اتفاقی بهم گفتن که اتاق خالی نداریم و از پذیرشم جلوگیری شد، حواسش نبود تلفن رو قطع نکرده و من از پشت تلفن میشنیدم، میزبان و دوستش اسم من که یکی از اسامی اسلامی هست رو مسخره می‌کردن و می‌گفتن چطوری به یکی با این اسم خونه بدیم؟؟؟ ( دوس دخترمم مکالمه‌اشون رو شنید) من پیگیر شدم با گذشت یه زمان کوتاه مجدد تماس گرفتن که اقامتگاه از بوکینگ حذف شده و من بدون اقامتگاه موندم، محبور شدم با خستگی زیاد تا لایپزیژ رانندگی کنم تا برم یک هتل حسابی . فکر می‌کنم حداقل کاری که Booking.com باید بکنه اینه وقتی کسی اقامتگاهی رو میذاره ازش تضمین‌هایی در مورد پایبندی به تعهداتش بگیره تا یکی مثل من وسط سفرش بدون جا و مکان نمونه!

I had a confirmed reservation via @bookingcom (Ref: 6603.072.218), but was denied check-in upon arrival. During a phone call, I heard concerning remarks related to my name, which raises serious concerns about possible discrimination. I was left without accommodation at night. I hope @bookingcom will investigate this matter and provide a fair resolution.
