@bookingcom @bookingcom and @gotogate are totally confused, on the same they confirming they received the money and on another mail that they did not receive the money

on multiple occasions @bookingcom confirmed they received the money from theairlines but still refusing to transfer the refund.

@Bookingcom cancelled my flight on 23/3/2026 and has refused to refund €990 despite 6 weeks of attempts. This is a violation of EU passenger rights (EC 261/2004). #Bookingcom #ConsumerRights"
