ICE provides an update to @BorderHawkNews on the FOUR illegal aliens that were arrested in connection to the shooting death of Diego Andres Lopez-Urdaneta in Kentucky on 2/15. ~ Jose Luis Galindo-Hernandez ~ Luis Angel Lira-Duron ~ Jason Aguero-Lopez ~ Bryan Aguero-Lopez (identified as the shooter) are criminal illegal aliens from MEXICO whose criminal histories include murder and felony assault. Officers found Urdaneta in his car with a gunshot wound to his head. He was rushed to the hospital for treatment but later died from his injuries. Bryan Aguero Lopez has been accused by police of firing the fatal shot from the passenger seat of a Nissan Rogue that had pursued Urdaneta’s truck minutes after a confrontation took place outside of outside Club Havana. Per an ICE spokesperson, "These dangerous offenders have no place on the streets of Kentucky or the U.S. at-large, where they pose a threat not only to our law enforcement personnel, but most importantly, to the innocent public ICE is seeking to protect every day." On March 4, ICE filed immigration detainers with the Warren County Regional Jail in Bowling Green, Kentucky for EACH of the FOUR criminal aliens. MORE: "The dangerous and violent crimes with which these men are charged are the very reason our brave men of women of ICE work hard every day to remove threats from our communities to keep them safe." Galindo-Hernandez also has a prior removal and DUI conviction in 2022. Bryan Aguero-Lopez was transferred from Shelby County Jail in Memphis, Tennessee, to Warren County on charges related to the same murder and first-degree felony assault.
