EXCLUSIVE: Mexican Illegal Given Green Card by Biden Arrested for Brutal Strangling, Kidnapping of Woman in Idaho Park On Saturday night, a woman was walking alone in the Boise River Greenbelt when she was grabbed from behind, pulled off the path, and strangled for roughly a minute by a male suspect who threw her phone into the brush, authorities say. Bystanders heard the victim screaming and called 911 before intervening in the "random attack," sending the assailant fleeing. Officers quickly apprehended Javier Ortiz-Galvan, 26, and booked him on felony charges of aggravated assault and second-degree kidnapping. Ortiz-Galvan "entered the United States illegally an unknown date and time but was given a green card in 2022 under the Biden administration," @DHSgov told Border Hawk. “Possessing a green card is a privilege, not a right. Under our nation’s laws, our government has the authority to revoke a green card if our laws are broken and abused.” Ortiz-Galvan held a driver's license issued by the sanctuary state of Oregon, but has been living in Idaho for three months while working construction, his attorney says.
