Border Hawk Needs YOUR Support! Border Hawk News Corp. is a 501c3 nonprofit media organization. Over the past five years, Border Hawk has evolved from an educational resource for all topics related to immigration and border security, to one of the leading international news outlets dedicated strictly to those issues. We’re inviting you to join us on our mission. Border Hawk now holds White House press credentials and we have been reporting extensively on developments in the immigration and border realm from our nation’s capital in 2025. We have produced an inimitable collection of highly-impactful, exclusive reports from both sides of the U.S.-Mexico border. Our content is frequently featured on Fox News, Newsmax, One America News, Daily Wire, international films and documentaries, and more. Our work, which has reached tens of millions of viewers and readers, has been positively recognized by President Donald Trump, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Elon Musk, Laura Ingraham, and many other prominent figures in U.S. and international politics and media. We have also withstood vicious attacks on our team and their families from entities such as the Southern Poverty Law Center and the New Yorker magazine. Border Hawk’s groundbreaking reporting has highlighted: - A New Mexico judge who resigned days after alleged Tren de Aragua gangbangers were arrested for weapons possession while living at his home. After we broke this story, the judge and his wife were charged by the Department of Justice. - The Biden administration deploying forklifts to remove razor wire erected by Texas along the Rio Grande to allow hundreds of illegal aliens to enter the U.S. - A New Mexico mountain and Catholic pilgrimage site overtaken by cartels and human smugglers - The insecurity of Texas border residents whose properties have been overrun by illegal crossers - Caravans of migrants who revealed to our embedded reporter they received GPS coordinates from ‘mysterious hands’ showing where to cross the Rio Grande - NGOs working in Mexico to flood the U.S. with illegal aliens - Arizona ranchers who have lost livestock and property rights due to a steady stream of illegal alien trespassers - The dangers of foreign big rig drivers on U.S. highways, a nationwide rise in ‘migrant crime,' mountains of trash left behind by border crossers, and so much more We believe our transparent reporting and viewpoint align with America First immigration policies that deliver a secure, stable nation to future generations. We need your financial backing to expand our domestic operations and global coverage, open a small Washington D.C. bureau, capitalize on offers to embed with immigration authorities across the U.S., and continue to deliver critical immigration and border news to the American public. October 5, 2025 -- After a semi-truck slammed into their car, killing his 21-year-old brother, Toby, just 16 years old, ran to the truck driver and begged him to call 911. The truck driver couldn’t understand him. According to Toby, the truck driver barely spoke English. Instead of calling for help, the driver handed Toby his phone, forcing a teenager who had just witnessed his brother’s death to communicate with 911 dispatchers himself. @RepHankJohnson, you should call Toby and his family to let them know this "isn't about public safety" and it's "xenophobic."

EXCLUSIVE: Four Mexican Illegals Charged in Deadly Drive-By Shooting in Kentucky Federal authorities have confirmed that four men charged in the shooting death of a man in Kentucky are in the U.S. illegally. The incident unfolded on Feb. 15 in Bowling Green. Investigators say a Nissan Rogue carrying some of the suspects pursued the victim's pickup truck for approximately 10 minutes following an altercation at a local nightclub, the Bowling Green Daily News reports. A witness told police he heard a loud pop that may have originated from the victim's truck during a confrontation in the club's parking lot, potentially triggering the chase. Diego Andres Lopez-Urdaneta was later found inside his vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. He was rushed to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries on Feb. 16. Five men were arrested amid an ongoing investigation: Bryan Aguero-Lopez, 22; Christopher Meza-Ramirez, 20; Luis Angel Lira-Duron, 23; Jason Aguero-Lopez, 20; and Jose Luis Galindo-Hernandez, 35. Bryan is accused of firing the shot that killed Lopez-Urdaneta and has been charged with murder, while his brother Jason and three others are facing complicity to murder charges. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has now confirmed that four of the men — the Lopez brothers, Galindo-Hernandez, and Lira-Duron — are criminal illegal aliens from Mexico. "These dangerous offenders have no place on the streets of Kentucky or the U.S. at-large, where they pose a threat not only to our law enforcement personnel, but most importantly, to the innocent public ICE is seeking to protect every day," an ICE spokesperson told Border Hawk. "The dangerous and violent crimes with which these men are charged are the very reason our brave men of women of ICE work hard every day to remove threats from our communities to keep them safe." ICE has lodged detainers against the four men, who are being held at the Warren County Regional Jail.

Texas Deputy Who Survived 2014 Bridge Plunge Killed by Illegal Alien Driver While Helping Accident Victims - DHS A Texas sheriff's deputy who miraculously survived a 30-foot tumble off a bridge while helping crash victims in 2014 was recently killed under eerily similar circumstances by an illegal alien suspect who was on the loose for weeks, authorities say. On Feb. 21, Fort Bend County Sheriff's Deputy Kenneth Lewis was off-duty but in uniform when he stopped to assist motorists involved a two-car collision on Interstate 10 near Houston, Fox 26 reported at the time. While rendering aid, Lewis was struck by a Honda sedan, the driver of which fled the scene. Lewis, 51, fought for his life for two days but ultimately succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased on Feb. 23. The suspect remained at-large for three weeks until he was captured at his residence on Mar. 14 by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) after an anonymous tip was submitted to the FBI. Dennis Arguello-Acosta, a criminal illegal alien of undisclosed origin, is now in ICE custody amid an ongoing investigation. “Deputy Kenneth Lewis served his community honorably as a law enforcement officer—and he would still be with us today if it were not for this criminal illegal alien who should’ve never been in our country in the first place,” Department of Homeland Security Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis stated in a press release. “ICE has arrested Arguello-Acosta to ensure that he is not free to roam on our streets and threaten public safety." In 2014, Deputy Lewis found himself in a similar situation while serving as an officer in the Missouri City Police Department. Lewis was forced to jump off a bridge to avoid an incoming drunk driver while assisting victims of a crash. He survived the 30-foot fall and returned to law enforcement after a lengthy recovery. "A superhero is someone that thinks of others before themselves," said Fort Bend County Sheriff Eric Fagan. "And that's what Deputy Lewis was doing. He took it upon himself to go back on duty to try to help that individual." Lewis was the father of three children — twin 17-year-old sons and a 15-year-old daughter. Illegal alien drivers continue to destroy American lives on a near-daily basis. 💔
