@StevenMcinerney Kev leaving was the signal of a new era for me. Squad is improving, but still work to be done. Key holes to fill at RB and MF.

Really felt like yesterday was a real passing of the sword moment for this Manchester City side. There were a tonne of emotional threads running through that game and it felt inescapably poignant. For me personally, it felt like the most obvious example of beginning of the new era that we'd felt so far.

Labour are descending into chaos. And meanwhile the country is not being governed. That’s why the Conservatives set out an Alternative Kings Speech - our fully costed plans to start fixing Britain’s problems and get Britain working again.
Conservatives@Conservatives

There is an alternative to this Labour chaos. A better future where we cut spending, lower taxes and deliver cheaper bills. The @Conservatives team breaks down the Alternative King’s Speech ⬇️

Easy to call it '14 years of chaos' if you completely ignore a global pandemic and a European war. The billions spent went to saving millions of jobs through furlough. Meanwhile, the 'adults in charge' have done nothing but cost people their jobs in the hundreds of thousands, dump an ever increasing number of people on welfare, raise taxes, stifle growth, and as you just admitted yourself fail to actually do their jobs.

@DaveKent101 How they hell does a mid wit average looking woman get on so well in life that she has one of the top tax barristers in the country at her disposal.

So an update on Angela Rayner's clean bill of health from HMRC. What we now know is that Rayner demanded of HMRC that they come to a decision in 24hrs (I wonder why she chose that timescale?🤔🤨). They did and cleared her. Just a coincidence that the current head of HMRC is John-Paul Marks who was Yvette Cooper's Private Secretary previously. Bias anyone?🤔 In the meantime Angela says cheers.

Farage trousered £5,000,000 from a crypto guy in Thailand without declaring it in the Register, and then went on to actively promote crypto in speeches. He initially claimed every penny was to pay for personal security... but he bought a £1.4m house in cash shortly after… 🤔

Kovacic changes how we transition - the way he manoeuvres the ball forward. It stands out so clearly. Might lack some defensive discipline but is it worth the risk for the reward?

Reform UK have quietly built one of the most formidable political teams this country has seen in years. Nigel Farage. Zia Yusuf. Richard Tice. Robert Jenrick. Suella Braverman. That is a team capable of completely reshaping British politics. For the first time in years I genuinely feel optimistic about Britain's future.

Nigel Farage will rightly receive huge praise in the coming days for leading Reform to a devastating victory over Labour, the Conservatives and the Greens. But enormous credit also has to go to Zia Yusuf. His vision, organisation and belief helped turn Reform from a protest movement into a serious political force. Without him, this simply does not happen. Seeing so many people unite behind Reform and stand up to Keir Starmer makes me genuinely optimistic about the future of the UK.

The audio of the decision around the disallowed goal from Sunday has only confirmed what everyone thought The referee and the VAR CHOSE to ignore the blatant fouls on West Ham players in order to find a reason to disallow the goal It’s corruption and West Ham must continue to expose it

@WestHamPlace Except the primary foul is on Raya because that is where the ball is going. It goes through his hands and then the goal is scored. You are either willfully ignoring this to support your silly agenda or you’re just dumb.
