@revenant_MMXX The pipeline is typically chanboards-> Twitter -> IRL and there’s only about a 3 year delay before normies use the same vocab as terminally online mega autist racists. Kind of wild that this is what passes for culture now.

@atlanticesque Maybe I’m misremembering but I don’t think he ran to Trump’s right on immigration. He was also boosted by Daily Wire types for a long time, which, ultimately, was something that hurt him.

@KCPSShain @HA_Shaban @brianm1669 why are you acting like owning and operating a stadium isn’t a massive benefit for these owners? they should be able to pay their fair share in tax like everyone else. It’s about time their empty threats are called out

Bears stadium situation dumbed down: Illinois had 5 years to give the Bears a tax deal anywhere close to every other franchise in the NFL. Politicians failed and were antagonistic every step of the way. Bears used the Indiana move first as a ploy, but then Indiana offered 1/2

Imagine a midterm where the Dems manage to flip Senate seats in Texas, Ohio, Maine, and Alaska but are still the minority because they lost Michigan and the GOP has the Vice Presidency.

@GodCloseMyEyes Datapoint #3,725 that wokeness didn’t die it just beat a tactical retreat. All of the recent hemming and hawing about a “new path forward for the left” is really “how can we reformulate this to get the same end result with better messaging.”

@quandoguy @rwdicesquad @wigger That’s what I’m saying; is no one going to make the distinction between spanking and full-on beating on your kid? They are very, very different things.

@rwdicesquad @wigger Such retarded takes. My dad spanked me not in anger. I didn’t like the sting on my butt. Was a great consequence. I realized it was because I was being disciplined, not beaten because I was hated. Worked great on me and my siblings. Zero emotional damage. These takes are retarded

Hitting your kids is in the same category as circumcision, iPads, strict adherence to the CDC vaccine schedule---it is for Ns, goyim, and walmart pajama people. It lowers IQ (Straus, 1995), increases aggression (Gershoff, 2016), is less effective than a timeout, and requires escalation to keep working. The replies to articles like this are filled up with the Dumbest People Who Ever Existed saying "it worked for me" and then genuinely malicious and hateful morons dropping reaction gifs of like daffy duck swinging a belt "EVERY STATE IN AMERICA ALLOWS YOU TO PHYSICALLY CORRECT YOUR CHILD. It's legal. It's fun. Bring it on." -- profile says: Cat Sanctuary Dad. Unyielding steel. Workouts, keto, cat chaos, anime rants. Godzilla, Gundam, Mazinger, Ultraman, classical art, manga. If you hit your kids, you will create permanent emotional distance with the only person/people you could ever be that close to, not to mention sending them down the road of being as much of a lost fuckup loser as you are who will hit their own kids, or wont, but only after spending a decade figuring out why they reflexively apologize all the time.

Shocking number of millennial and Gen Z parents spank their kids, study says: 'Necessary to raise a child properly' trib.al/zdAMS8o

@novusolus @ArcasDream Some people get tired of waiting around for this place to be something again and I can’t blame ‘em. And it’s too late to retcon the monsters we created that walked out of this app into the world. N-word towers have been done to death, maybe I just need to write something.

@BorgerMullah @ArcasDream That could all change very quickly, and a lot of those ideas aren't necessarily the ones that ought to be popularized in any case.

@thechudda The way the US works these days, the Senate is probably more powerful than the House. With the Senate you can continue to mold the judiciary which has so many long term downstream benefits. Still think the Dems take the House but they’ll win like 10 seats. They won’t do much.

Unpopular take: it doesn’t actually matter if we win or lose the midterms. The current congress is completely useless and can’t pass bills for shit, mostly because of the Senate GOP. Even if Democrats take the House, it’s not like much is gonna change because we’re basically guaranteed to keep the Senate and it’s not like bills were getting passed anyways, and it’s also unlikely that Democrats will be able to pass a war powers resolution limiting Trump on foreign policy because again, it has to go through the Senate which is basically a lock for Republicans. The only downside I can see is the admin being swamped with investigations, subpoenas, and impeachments but that’s not the end of the world and it’s not like Trump doesn’t know how to deal with them.
Matt Forney@mattforney

Trump is either confident about defying history and winning the midterms, or is confident that a Democratic House (they're not winning the Senate) will fall flat on their faces and be unable to stop his agenda and the GOP will just roar back in 2028. Which is likely.

@Anluanx In 5.5 noncontiguous years of Trump, the expected “deadline” for the US becoming majority nonwhite has been pushed from about to 2030 to about 2050. Since 2024 the white birthrate has also rebounded while everyone else’s has fallen off.

People don’t want to hear this, but Fuentes and MartyrMade were right when they said the immigration is settled. Even if Trump were to deport the Biden wave, end H1B, immigration moratorium, etc, America’s demographics are still beyond repair. We will be Brazil 2.0 regardless.

@malmesburyman I think it’s more the base is punishing RINOs for holding up Trump’s agenda too much. Which may seem like splitting hairs, but I think it’s a distinction that matters. Disapproval numbers are probably more or less accurate but a chunk of that stems from “critical support.”

The GOP base is rewarding Trump in the congressional primaries by selecting his endorsed candidates because he is delivering on the policies we voted for him to enact, especially on immigration restriction, reigning in the deep state, and America-first foreign policy.
