So many relationships could be saved if people learned to put their pride aside, apologise, and actually change their behaviour.

@Boris_P011 @_Pammy_DS_ @ScenesFilms You have to hit rock bottom to really gain self awareness. Once you understand yourself entirely, start working on your flaws and a lot of shadow work to heal from childhood wounds or other traumatic experiences then nothing can stop you from being the best version of urself.

@_Pammy_DS_ the catch is most people apologize to end the fight, not to actually change, so 'sorry' ends up being a way to skip the harder work

Great stuff, Russian drone pilots getting deleted! In our reward system, Russian drone pilots are twice as costly compared to ordinary russian infantry. This incentivizes us to hunt them down.

“What the fascists did to prisoners of war looks like cartoons compared to what the russians did to us.” They beat him with rifle butts along his spine, used electric shocks, drowned him in a toilet, and kept him for eight months without daylight. This is the testimony of Valentyn “Did” Ponomaryov, who spent 1,195 days in captivity. On the first day of the full-scale invasion, he joined the Svatove territorial defense as a volunteer, even though he was already retired. The battalion commander asked: “Grandpa, how old are you?” “62 and a half.” “Take a rifle and get into the trench.” His wife was against it, but she understood. He told her: “I’m sorry, I can’t do otherwise.” He spent 3 years, 3 months, and 10 days in captivity. He was held in Luhansk Detention Center No. 4, Colony No. 38 in Sverdlovsk, and in Mordovia. In the detention center, they put a bag over his head, attached wires to his ears, and shocked him with electricity from a flashlight. “So, old man, how is it? Can your heart handle it?” the torturer would ask, increasing the current. The head of one detention center personally killed two prisoners. An “Akhmat” commander would take them out for mock executions, firing a silenced pistol past their heads. Valentyn said: “In a fraction of a second, my whole life flashed before my eyes.” In Mordovia, for eight months there were no walks and no daylight, as the windows were sealed with metal from the outside. Every time the door opened, all prisoners had to fall to their knees, cross their legs behind them, stretch their arms toward their shoulder blades, and press their foreheads and noses to the floor. After his release, Valentyn still had a callus on his forehead for a long time. They drowned him in a toilet. They forced him to play clapping games for two hours. He was made to sing the russian anthem up to 15 times a day. At every meal, he had to shout: “Glory to the russian special forces!” But the worst part of captivity was the thought that he would be seen as a traitor in Ukraine and that his son would abandon him. Instead, it turned out that his son, through university friends, had been searching for him and did everything possible to secure his release as quickly as possible. On July 23, 2025, he was freed. When the bus entered the Chernihiv region, people stood along the road with flashlights, welcoming them. Tears streamed down Valentyn’s face. He is now 66 years old. After his release, he underwent three surgeries and still needs another. His wife was also held hostage by russians. His son is currently serving in the army. His hometown, Svatove, remains under occupation. Valentyn said: “If I could turn back time, I would still go. I cannot sit at home when the enemy has come to your land.” Source: translated from Tymofiy Mylovanov

Erik Kristensen, a Lieutenant Commander in the SEALs, gave his life on June 28, 2005 during Operation Red Wings, while leading a rescue mission to save his teammates in Afghanistan. He stepped forward without hesitation, driven by duty, loyalty, and an unbreakable commitment to his brothers. His sacrifice, and the sacrifice of all who have served, will never be forgotten.

Zelensky is right on this one, Ukraine 🇺🇦 has no interest in giving away the remaining part of Donbas This area is the most fortified of Ukraine, there are some of the last big cities, 200 000 inhabitants and losing it would open the path for Kharkiv or Dnipro. 🧵1/5 ⬇️

Volodymyr Zelenskyy / Володимир Зеленський@ZelenskyyUa

We cannot simply speak about withdrawing from Donbas as a matter of compromise. Our withdrawal from Donbas would open up opportunities for the Russian Federation to occupy our most fortified territories without losses. Some people say it would take a year to a year and a half to build new fortifications. But everyone forgets: first and foremost, that is a year and a half. And even if it were less, fortifications in an open field are a completely different matter from those in urban areas. They can never provide equally strong protection. A withdrawal would give the Russian Federation room for large-scale maneuver. They could advance either toward Kharkiv or toward Dnipro, destroying our cities. And two major cities would be at risk – cities that, incidentally, generate a significant share of our GDP. So many people have died there… The morale of our army would certainly decline. There would undoubtedly be a rift in society. The army – which would surely not support such steps – on one side, and society on the other. And division within society is precisely what Putin is aiming for. Moreover, there are currently 200,000 people living in the territories of Donbas that we are defending. Withdrawal does not mean preserving anything. You leave, and without any guarantees, you risk losing everything. And that is a major risk. From an interview with Rai Radio 1 (2/3).

🔴In a major development that has shaken the world in America and could lead to a military coup against Trump, The Iranian army has managed to acquire the secret American-made GBU-39 bomb. This is a significant victory for Iran, one of its many triumphs in this war. The bomb was found intact in Iran's Lorestan province, and surprisingly, it was unexploded. This bomb is one of the most important American military products. Its key features include its light weight, small size, and a range of up to 110 kilometers when launched from high altitude. The US had kept its manufacturing details closely guarded; it is literally top secret and used only in special operations. The Revolutionary Guard managed to acquire it, deactivate it, and announced that they will extract the American technology and manufacture it in Iran. This isn't the first time they've done this. The Shahed-172 drone was originally an American drone, and Iran was able to acquire the concept, develop it, and manufacture it. Iran has engineers who are highly skilled in reverse engineering. By all accounts, this is one of the biggest blows Iran has dealt to America in this war, and a great achievement for the Iranian forces and the Revolutionary Guard.

🇵🇱 16 years since the Smolensk Air Disaster On April 10th, 2010, the Polish presidential plane crashed near Smolensk North Airport, killing all 96 people on board. Among them was the President of Poland, Lech Kaczyński, along with his wife, the Chief of the General Staff, along with the heads of all branches of the Polish Armed Forces, senior government officials, members of parliament, and key figures of Poland’s political and intellectual elite. They were on their way to commemorate the victims of the 1940 Katyn massacre in which 22 000 Polish officers were murdered by Soviet secret police. The shock reshaped Polish politics for years. It deepened internal divisions, fueled distrust toward Russia, and became a defining trauma in modern Polish history. The official investigation concluded the crash was caused by pilot error and poor weather conditions. But the story didn’t end there. Alternative investigations, backed by parts of the Polish political establishment, argued that the crash may not have been accidental, pointing to possible involvement of Russian special services. What further fueled suspicion is that several individuals connected to the investigation or re-investigation later died under unclear or controversial circumstances. For example: - Remigiusz Muś — a technician who was among the first witnesses to events at Smolensk, was found dead in 2012 in what was officially ruled a suicide. - Sławomir Petelicki — the first commander of the famous Polish special forces unit GROM, who had criticized aspects of the investigation, died in 2012 from a self-inflicted gunshot. Until this day, the Russian authorities haven't returned the wreckage despite Polish demands.

First Corps Azov of the National Guard of Ukraine
"I train soldiers, leading and guiding them by personal example." A sergeant’s mission is to be a leader — a role model for personnel and a reliable support for commanders. To fulfill this role, one must continuously improve as a master of their craft. Regular training, stringent discipline, and effective command and control are essential to ensuring success and gaining an advantage over the enemy on the battlefield. This is the sergeant's top priority. Under the supervision of the Chief Sergeant of the First Corps Azov of the National Guard of Ukraine, Senior Master Sergeant Kyrylo Masalitin, chief sergeants and instructors from the corps and its subordinate brigades refined their marksmanship skills and shared experience gained both in combat and in training personnel.

But that WILL be open. And I think it's going to open pretty quickly, and if it doesn't, we'll be able to finish it off one way or the other."
