That’s hot! 🥵After the 2019-20 fires, @BotGardensSA rediscovered the Fire Goosefoot on Kangaroo Island as part of #ProjectPhoenix. This plant went unseen since the ‘50s! Species data + over 50K seeds were collected for conservation! Thanks to @GreeningAust for project funds.

The Woods Well Spyridium is a Critically Endangered globe trotter! ✈️ In 2006, 1200 seeds went to the Millennium Seed Bank. Now, 250 seeds are back and growing at @BotGardensSA for our #SecuringtheFuture Project. @Kew_MSBUK @KewScience
