With my partners of @class_lambda we spent the last few hours talking with Eduardo Elsztain and his son Ben about @ethereum and about the type of financial infrastructure that Argentina and Latin America need. Eduardo has always believed in real and tangible value. He trusts gold, land, buildings, and cattle. I told him that this is exactly what I speak about every day. The only difference is that I also see Bitcoin and Ethereum as part of the same family of hard and scarce assets that protect savings and allow people to build long term wealth. They are digital expressions of the same idea, assets that cannot be diluted or destroyed by political cycles. Eduardo is very interested in Ethereum. He understands the importance of verifiable systems and the role that digital hard assets will play in global finance. He is the chairman of IRSA, the largest real estate company in Argentina, listed on the NYSE. He is the chairman of Cresud, an important agricultural group that operates in Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay, and Uruguay and is listed on the NASDAQ. He is also the chairman of BrasilAgro, listed on the NYSE, and Banco Hipotecario, one of the biggest public and private mortgage bank of Argentina, where he is the largest private shareholder. Moreover, he is the chairman and a shareholder of Austral Gold, an Australian mining company that operates metal mines across South America. His son Ben adds another essential dimension. Ben is a successful software entrepreneur who knows how to build real products, scale technology, and convert ideas into systems that people actually use. @rbenzaquen, the CEO of @BoulderLam, also played a key role in the conversation. Rodrigo has deep experience in the traditional financial world and in the crypto world. He understands how institutions operate and how modern software infrastructure works. I am proud to work with people like Eduardo, Ben, and Rodrigo. They are experienced serial entrepreneurs who know more than I do in many areas, and they will be central in turning blockchains and zero knowledge proofs into real world usage at scale. This is the type of team that can build the next financial architecture of the region. It's part of the team that can help make Ethereum adoption grow in the region. During the last months we partnered with their group via @rbenzaquen's company. Together we are building payment infrastructure and tokenization infrastructure on top of Ethereum so companies can move value, raise capital via @loom_finance, manage identity, and operate across borders with real time settlement and complete transparency. And this is only the beginning. We are joining forces to create products across every important vertical that needs reliable and modern infrastructure. Everything we build for their ecosystem is designed so other companies of LATAM can adopt it as well. Argentina needs both things: the solidity of real and productive assets, and the global reach of digital assets that can move anywhere in the world with a single message. The future of finance in Argentina and Latin America will be built by combining these two forces on top of Ethereum.

.@_BoulderTech and @class_lambda unveiled @BoulderLam to bring scalable, compliant blockchain infrastructure to LATAM. Led by CEO @rbenzaquen, the project combines institutional expertise from BoulderTech, part of the IRSA Group, with deep technical capabilities from LambdaClass in cryptography, @Ethereum, and distributed systems. 2/

Yesterday, together with @rbenzaquen, we launched @BoulderLam. BoulderLam is the result of a strategic partnership between @_BoulderTech and @class_lambda. Rodrigo Benzaquen will serve as CEO, and I will lead the technical side. Rodrigo was one of the earliest employees at @Mercadolibre, an early Bitcoin and Ethereum adopter, and has built and maintained critical crypto infrastructure for years. Our goal is simple: combine institutional scale with deep technical execution to bring real blockchain infrastructure to Latin America. On the institutional side, we have BoulderTech, part of the IRSA Group. IRSA brings decades of experience operating at the core of Argentina’s real estate and financial sectors. Through Banco Hipotecario and BACS, IRSA is directly connected to the country’s mortgage, credit, and capital-markets infrastructure. Dual-listed on the NYSE and ByMA, IRSA operates fluently across both global and regional financial environments. On the technical side, LambdaClass contributes its engineering and research capabilities in Ethereum, zero-knowledge proofs, and large-scale distributed systems. This is the same team building critical infrastructure used across the global crypto ecosystem. Lambda also deeply understands the crypto market and its players, having worked with nearly a hundred companies in the industry. Initial product suite: - Real-world asset (RWA) tokenization - Revenue-backed financing via Levenue and @loom_finance - Digital identity (on-chain KYC & compliance) - Wallet-as-a-Service (WaaS) - Money transfers, cross-border payments, payroll - Stablecoin payment acceptance We will make blockchain adoption in LATAM scalable, compliant, and operational. In the coming months, many of these products will be running on top of @ethrex_client. As always at Lambda, our best engineers and researchers will be dedicated to this effort. We expect millions of users to benefit from Ethereum L1, L2s, and ZK technologies. Ethereum was made for everyone. Ethereum will be huge in Argentina and across LATAM, and with @rbenzaquen leading, @BoulderLam is positioned to make history in the region. Thanks to @EFDevcon, @ethereumfndn for organizing Devconnect in Buenos Aires. It really helped to accelerate some needed debates in the region that made local business people realize that we should work more closely together. Hopefully this is only the beginning.

Gov3summit made something clear: Latin America isn’t discussing digital public infrastructure, we’re deploying it. Digital identity, interoperability and open standards are becoming real systems. Proud that @sovra_io, @lambdaclass and @boulderlam are contributing to make this shift possible.
Gov3 Summit@Gov3Summit

Gov3 Summit took place today during @EFDevconnect Buenos Aires, bringing together government authorities, technical teams, multilateral institutions and organizations working on digital public infrastructure across the region. The focus was digital identity, infrastructure, interoperability and open standards as active public policy already being deployed in Latin America. On digital identity, we heard from @Marielasvmx, Alejandro Steinmetz, @MartinGuemes and @pialessandri, moderated by @luispapagni, sharing real deployments of interoperable services and regulatory simplification. The DPI and public infrastructure session featured @martin_olmos_, @CifuentesAura and @_manuaguileras, moderated by @AmaliaPeralta12, underscoring the role of open standards, shared funding and regional cooperation. On blockchain and interoperability, Henrique Videira and @fede_intern examined how decentralization and open protocols can strengthen institutional trust models in the public sector, including central banking systems, with @chuycepeda moderating. The final session, moderated by @fernandezdiego, featured @RedoudouM on why @ethereum is emerging as core infrastructure for public services and enterprise. Public sector teams driving modernization and digital identity joined from @nuevoleon, @GobiernoChaco, @gcba, @gobmisiones, @BAProvincia, @GobiernoSalta, @GobDeLaRioja, @GobiernoNQN, @rionegrogob, @GobSantaFe, @CatamarcaGob, @Modernizacionok together with @BancoCentralBR and others. Institutional support included @AgendaCAF, together with FederIA, @EntEthAlliance, @CentreforDPI and @LetsCoDevelop, academic participation from @UBAonline, @UAI_Univ, @uchampagnat, and ecosystem partners involved in the organization such as @ETHKipu, @geodelabs, @class_lambda, @alignedlayer and @sovraio. Gov3 Summit will remain a meeting point for governments, technology and institutions working on this agenda. The next edition will build on these outcomes, advancing concrete deployments and shared governance models for digital public systems. Details coming soon!
