@PuntingStacks “There are no tax implications” please don’t fall for this. Any winnings are taxed as ordinary income for you since it’s your name and account. So add that other income to your total wages and could potentially push you into another tax bracket. Doubt he factors that in.

Hes being sued by a former friend of his, he has been harassing people constantly for well over a year. I have everything put together because of the lawsuit where I helped his former friend, the one suing him. I didnt send that email he posted, hes making it up, like he makes everything up. I believe he actually has brain damage, and as a result, doesn't understand right from wrong. I have a much longer version of everything I gave to the lawyer involved in suing him.
