@DRanchLife Is there a way to test the ticks to see if they have been modified? I know nothing about how they would be modified (obviously).

Anyone who says the stories about heightened tick populations are false, can get their butts down here and see what I see everyday. I used to do weekly tick checks. Now it's every 3 days. My dogs, dairy cows, barn cats, sheep. And me. Just yesterday I had 7. Heads need to roll. This is not nature doing what nature does. This is purposeful, and it's freaking evil. And for the people that feel an obligation to comment about using flea and tick protection, save your breath. I've used everything from Sorresto to NexGard. We spray, use powder, drops, and collars. We do apple cider vinegar, garlic, and oregano oil. These ticks are bioengineered and you cannot tell me any different. They are resistant to all known preventions. When I heard stories of boxes of ticks being dropped off I laughed. It sounded so stupid and tin foil hat. I'm sorry. I was wrong. I'm wondering if one didn't get dropped off nearby. I need to buy more tin foil.

Hot Take: Is being a parent really “too” expensive? Or are you just making expensive parenting choices? -Breastfeeding (if you can) is practically free -Daycare is a choice (stay home/work opposite shifts) -Cloth diapers are an affordable investment -A swing, bouncer, changing table etc aren’t “necessities” -Secondhand or hand me down clothes work just as well What’s your personal take?

In 1998, former British paratrooper Karl Bushby began an almost unbelievable mission called the “Goliath Expedition”.. to walk from the southern tip of Chile all the way back home to England without using any vehicles or transportation. More than 27 years later, he’s still on the journey. During the expedition, Bushby crossed the deadly Darién Gap between Colombia and Panama completely on foot, survived brutal weather conditions across multiple continents, and even crossed the Bering Strait over shifting Arctic sea ice. His journey has also come with major setbacks. He was detained in Russia over border issues, spent weeks dealing with legal troubles, and faced years of delays that nearly ended the expedition entirely. Yet despite everything, he refused to quit.

@BottleBell I got 4 guineas last spring. I do enjoy them, but I think 3 are males (it's hard to tell) and they pick on my roosters. It is really sad to watch. Many days my roosters don't leave the coop or stick in the tree line due to the guneas. 😒

Specifically, guinea hens. They are the tick master destroyer. In truth, I want them (safely) airdropped all over the country. Their optimal foraging range is approximately 5 acres per flock. Tick populations would plummet. The tick problem is so out of hand and has been for decades. Now with AGS. Would love some hens. Every area. It’s not unheard of as a means of treatment either. Airdropped foods have been used to treat other species of animal over the last 100 years against similar issues. This is an area near and dear to my heart having suffered the worst of what Lyme & its coinfections can do to a person, a life and that family. It’s time for hens. This is a real way to heal an illness through preventing it using the principles of right relationship. They wouldn’t be so prolific if nature was balanced. The way to balance is to introduce a natural predator. @RobertKennedyJr This is a real solution. Protect the birds legally so people don’t hurt them, then let’s safely drop them.
Andrew Wilson@paleochristcon

See a lot of posts about the rise in the Tick population of North America. That's a real thing. As stupid as it sounds your best property defense against ticks is a few chickens. Even just one chicken. They absolutely devour them.

@teachthemx3 Your idea would end so much wasted time at school. Individualized,we could shorten to less than half a normal school day. But we teachers are babysitters, so parents and communities would have a hard time accepting a shortened day. Best wishes. I look forward to your ideas.

Met with my doctoral advisor to discuss my dissertation topic. He asked, “What problem in education do you want to solve?” I said: “Students should be able to move through curriculum at their own pace (with a required minimum).” He replied, “That’s not possible. It’s too expensive to individualize education. Why not focus on improving test scores or student engagement?” I said, “If you individualize instruction, those issues improve naturally.” (20 minutes later) He said, “I’m not sure I agree, but it’s clear you care deeply about this. I’ll approve it.”

@FoMaHun youtube.com/shorts/efHZ7rX… My favorite R. Carlson short. Why would they stop their daily activities to move tons of stones? But I am a believer that ancient civilizations had different yet advanced tech. It's the only way all this makes sense to me.

Chemistry lesson for every kind of archaeologist: real, pseudo, and armchair archaeologists. Part One Lye made from wood ash — basically water slowly filtered through and dripped off from wood ash — primarily contains potash (K₂CO₃). Every ancient civilization could produce this. We even have evidence: soap making. Quicklime (CaO) is produced by heating limestone (CaCO₃) in fire. Under heat, the CO₂ simply gets released and escapes into the atmosphere and burnt or quick lime is formed. Add some water and you’ll end up with slakec lime (Ca(OH)2) Ancient civilizations could produce this too, and we also have evidence they used it: lime-burning pits, leather tanning, and so on. If you mix these two, ion exchange gives you limestone (CaCO₃) molecules suspended in a potassium hydroxide (KOH) solution. K2CO3 + Ca(OH)2 = CaCO3 + 2KOH Yes, you should bookmark this, good idea! If you let it settle, you get a crude limestone paste. Not slaked lime, but actual limestone particles — the same kind that settles on the ocean floor together with dead shells. (Yes, limestone particles continuously settle on the seafloor, formed not from dead animals themselves, but from calcium ions and carbon dioxide from the air. This is what acts as the binding material that cements the shells together. The shells themselves, of course, are not sticky.) If you compress this goo, you get real limestone, with its strength depending on the amount of pressure applied. If you don’t apply pressure and simply let it dry, it will crumble back into powder. If you apply several tons of pressure, the result is a very hard stone. And our ancestors knew this too. It’s no coincidence they didn’t try molding it into bricks — strong bonding requires pressure. A 1–2 meter thick layer of this sludge already creates enough self-weight to harden the lower section. And once you place the next stone block on top, there’s no question that the necessary pressure will be there. Of course, one more thing is needed: a hole in the mold so that the water squeezed out of the paste can escape. And there you have it — nub is ready. The nubs are naturally located on the lower parts of the stones. If they aren’t there, then the stone was rotated into this position— like this limestone lintel here. Naxos Portara, Greece 🇬🇷

@frogNscorpion My daughter turns 16 in a month. Needs a vehicle to get back and forth from work (so I get my freedom back), but they prices are ridiculous. Her friends (who dont work) have $30,000 cars. Why? HS parking lots are full of cars nicer than mine. Refuse and prices go down!

Circadian disruption is the unifying variable, and yet it’s completely ignored when it is right under everyone’s noses Shift work is a real world experiment in circadian disruption Shift workers show increased rates of metabolic dysfunction, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, and cancer, including skin cancer The cause is not excess sun exposure because most shift work happens indoors The real cause is chronic circadian disruption from artificial light at night, melatonin destruction, irregular sleep, and poorly timed eating We understand the circadian skin mechanisms. This is not controversial Circadian disruption suppresses nucleotide excision repair, reduces melatonin controlled antioxidant defense, dysregulates the inflammatory response to UV, and impairs the regenerative cycling of keratinocytes and fibroblasts Skin exposed to MODEST UV doses ON TOP of this degraded context ages FASTER than skin exposed to substantially more UV on an intact circadian system How about that for a perspective shift

Aldi sucks. You need a quarter for the cart. 👎 The cashier is sitting down. 👎 No bags. 👎 After shopping at Aldi, you need to go to a real grocery store to buy everything they don’t sell at Aldi. 👎 One positive: you don’t have to return the cart because the people that shop at Aldi will fight over a cart with a quarter in it.

BORAX PULLS OUT FLUORIDE “Borax was swiftly banned in 32 countries after it was found to remove fluoride from the body. Funny how that works...” Borax = kills fleas & ticks in your pet areas outside. 🐚BORAX THE SUPER CURE 👉🏻Arthritis 👉🏻Osteoporosis 👉🏻Osteoarthritis 👉🏻Spurs 👉🏻Calcium Deposits 👉🏻Lupus 👉🏻Autoimmune 👉🏻Hormones 👉🏻Fungus/Fluoride 👉🏻Candida 👉🏻Ringworm 👉🏻Tinea Versicolor 👉🏻Insomnia 👉🏻Skin 👉🏻Impotence 👉🏻Morgellons 👉🏻Chemtrails “I have been using borax for many years. I started using it as a tool against my arthritis & learned that it was helpful in de-calcifying my pineal thereafter. I have not used any floride toothpaste or other products in at least 15 years & did a 'crash pineal cleanse' in 2012 that was quite a shock to me. The borax helps keep it from getting clogged up again.” - @Calderonbb 🐚BORAX INSTRUCTIONS FOR HAIR 👉🏻Dissolve 1 cup of borax into 1 gallon of pure water to use borax for your hair 👉🏻Keep this solution in the shower 👉🏻Pour 1-2 cups of this solution over your hair (instead of shampoo), ensuring the solution gets to your scalp 👉🏻Allow solution to sit on your scalp & hair for a few minutes, rinse 👉🏻If you find the borax method dries out your hair, take a small amount of coconut oil & massage it into your hair. You may not need to use the borax solution more than once or twice a week “I have been doing borax 1/8 tsp 3 days on 2 days off for 2 years now. Arthritis is gone, my gums for some reason are healthier & stronger, no more knee pain, skin is clear - I look much younger. I also put a cup or two in a hot bath at least once a week. It clears your pineal of 😉heavy metals as well as the rest of your body. When taken with magnesium, it pulls calcium out of soft tissues and other places it doesn't belong & puts it back into your bones where the calcium does belong. Borax gets rid of candida in the body as well as other fungus. It reverses arthritis, over time. I know because my constant back & hip pain is gone now. My hands are no longer swollen at every joint.
