I LOVE reboot Jason! I keep saying he’s my favorite pseudo human version of Jason. Like I’ll always believe he was supernatural from the start, but basically leveled up from resurrection. Reboot Jason is my preference if I’m not watching from Part 4 onwards like usual

@LiamMc728 He do be a self taught survivalist wild man. Honestly one of my favorite depiction of him. The somewhat slow and bumbling Jason of old can be conceptually scary sometimes, but idk man. Reboot Jason is built different from damn near ever other slasher out there.

@FerociousWraith His power being based on being an unstoppable force is just what feels the most like Jason to me. I'm ok with what they did with him, although that doesn't make me wish there was just more layers to it. Ergo; different power weapon types.

I’ll be honest
I’m not a huge fan of Jason’s hook spear gimmick, I would’ve designed him more around his brute strength and endurance.
Ironically I feel like the mode Michael Myers goes into suits Jason more except I’d make it into a rage mode where pallet drops do nothing.

I honestly wish they would reconsider that fucking design man….its been disliked by what seems to be a majority of the fanbase (not to invalidate anyone that DOES like it), and I just don’t see it growing on people. I really hope they do something different in the near future cause I also want this thing to succeed and be the best it can be.

As I said yesterday, this Jason is an original interpretation but it is STILL 100% JASON.
It's actually really cool because he originates from GREENVILLE, which is where Mikaela. Sable, and The Unknown are from. 👀
He even beefed with / canonically met The Unknown, LMAO.

According to Creators, who were given information by BHVR, this Jason is an original interpretation sort of like Ghost Face. He is not the same Jason as from the F13 movies, and his lore will probably be changed to reflect that.

@JonesinAroundFN @mrmanguy1029 I mean, the mask we saw in the cabin teaser was literally this exact mask so I don't see that changing by PTB or release. Not to mention they can't use the original mask design in any new releases for Jason with approval from WB.
