But they did send me an email saying I am limited and not eligible for promos as I am on a list of skilled bettors

Update re @Ozoon_CA : I have a friend who bets there. 3 weeks ago his account was limited. He attempted to withdraw his balance but the withdrawal was rejected. No reason given. Then they locked his account. No reason given. Support is unresponsive. This guy did nothing that could even remotely be construed as a ToS violation. He has one account and it's in his own name. The only thing he did "wrong" was win. I'm starting to wonder if there are some financial problems going on there.
