@CFB_Pat I pan sear or if you have black stone you can do that. Pat dry and season with salt and pepper. I’ve done other seasonings too. Get oil hot and start with meaty side down press down to get good contact. Once you got a good sear flip it. Add butter to the pain lemon rosemary……..
