The PGA is out to get Phil. If Tiger was capable of playing, they’d give him Thursday AM and Friday PM tee times to ensure he’s afforded extra rest time. The PGA gave 52 year old Mickelson Thursday PM and Friday AM tee times to ensure Lefty has the least amount of rest time.
