While I don’t think the debate hosts were fair to @realDonaldTrump, @KamalaHarris exceeded most people’s expectations tonight. That said, when it comes to getting things done, not just saying nice-sounding words, I strongly believe that Trump will do a far better job. After all, if Kamala can do great things, why hasn’t she? Biden rarely shows up for work, so she’s basically in charge already. The question comes down to this: do you want current trends to continue for 4 more years or do you want change?

Cajun zucchini boats. Chop up some onion, bell pepper, celery and tomatoes (remove the guts of the tomato) and set aside. Remove the casing from your Andouille sausage, chop it up and get it into a pan to render out some fat and brown the meat. While this is happening I cut the zucchini into boats (in the video). When the sausage is browned enough, remove it and throw in your veggies that are prepped. Add your favorite cajun seasoning blend or make your own. Cook until browned and fragrant (10-12 min roughly). Build the boat (in the video) and put them into a roasting pan to cook at 400 degrees in the oven for roughly 30 min. When they’re done, hit them with some fresh jalapeños, parsley, extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. Serve and enjoy. Let me know if you try these out ! I loved them.

@aartipaarti I’ve been using cottage cheese as a base for dips. I love me some fresh veggies with dips.

Trying to hit 100g protein daily, but tired of eggs & not into cottage cheese. My go-to breakfast: lactose-free Greek yogurt, Raw honey, EVOO Vanilla granola, Fresh cherries, Flaky salt, Pinch of cardamom, Plus 20g protein from collagen peptides, it’s 40g right off the bat!
