This is: Stephen Miller, White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy and Homeland Security Advisor: @StephenM: “What we’ve found since President Trump took office is that Democrats have set up a system to funnel hundreds of billions — ultimately trillions — of dollars to migrants in our country, effectively with the sole intent of overthrowing the Constitutional Republic of the United States.”

U.S. House lawmakers have proposed bipartisan legislation that ‌would require electric vehicles to pay a $130 fee to pay for road repairs annually and $35 for some plug-in hybrid models. The House is working on a five-year highway reauthorization bill expected to ‌cost more than $500 billion ahead of the current law expiration on Sept 30, 2026. Most revenue for federally funded road repairs is collected through diesel and gasoline taxes, which EVs do not pay. I think $130 is fair since over time there will be fewer gas vehicles on the road generating tax revenue, They'll need to make up the difference somewhere so they can keep repairing roads, etc. Full bill text in thread below:

🚨 HOLY SMOKES. AG Todd Blanche just dropped a bombshell, confirming the DOJ has MULTIPLE active 2020 election fraud investigations in Georgia and Arizona "We're very focused on finding out whether the right people voted, whether people that were supposed to vote voted, whether there was one vote cast per voter!" "There's a ton of evidence that the election was rigged. That's not something the DOJ needs to tell you about. There's been evidence about that for many, many years!" "That's what we're doing in multiple states. You'll say to me, how long has it taken? Why has it taken so long? The reality of the answer is because it takes a lot of work to uncover what happened in 2020." "It takes a lot of old, good old fashioned law enforcement police work, which is what we're doing." "We have great prosecutors working on it as well. I assure you, I assure the American people that as soon as we have something to say for it, whether it's charges, whether it's a report, whether it's a result of an investigation, the American people will learn about what we uncovered."

🚨 JUST IN: Senate Leader John Thune says he's NOT nuking the filibuster to pass the SAVE America Act, he just "can't get the votes" "We don't have the votes to get rid of the filibuster." Be a leader and GO GET THE DAMN VOTES. Name names! Start FIGHTING, stop letting the bill die, Thune! "We'll look to get other votes [on SAVE]...we're continuing to look for opportunities to advance that legislation. It's something I support." "The American people broadly support it."

PG&E and @Tesla have just announced that the Cybertruck, Tesla Powershare Gateway and Tesla Universal Wall Connector have all been approved for participation in PG&E's residential Vehicle‑to‑Everything (V2X) program, marking a major milestone for bidirectional EV integration in California. This marks the first AC vehicle-to-grid application approved for customers in California, enabling vehicles to connect using much simpler equipment rather than specialized DC infrastructure. PG&E customers with Cybertrucks will now be able to use their vehicle to power their home in an outage and earn money by selling power back to the electric grid during grid events. "Electric vehicles can do more than move people—they can help power homes and support the grid," said Jason Glickman, Executive VP of Strategy and Growth, PG&E. "By welcoming Tesla into our residential V2X program, we're expanding customer choice while making California's grid more flexible, resilient, and affordable. Powershare Grid Support enables Tesla vehicles to strengthen our electricity system, while earning money for EV owners." More info below:

Last night the Oakland County Board of Commissioners approved a contract with Flock Safety for drones to respond to police service calls. There was immense public backlash over this decision, but before the board could hear the public’s grievances, they removed the first public comment period. This only left one public comment at the end AFTER votes had taken place. Commissioner Powell made the motion to remove the public comment and Chair Woodward refused to do a roll call vote to confirm there was a sufficient number of votes for this change. Originally the Flock contract was for a free trial period until December and the county would be charged 2.5 million for two years if they did not opt out. This item received less than three minutes of consideration in committee and the sheriff’s office assured commissioners that the public’s data would be protected. However, that was no where in Flock’s contract. Commissioner Bob Hoffman offered an amendment to the item to only allow for the trial period without an automatic renewal, ensuring the data is owned by Oakland County Sheriff and not Flock, and the drones can only be used for calls for service or officer generated. The amendment was approved and the pilot contract was approved. This resulted in outbursts throughout the meeting and eventually a 3.5 hour public comment period at the end. Residents often spoke of the invasion of privacy, concerns about hacking the Flock system, and fear of constant surveillance. The meeting started 45 minutes late and lasted to almost midnight.
