@TheRedGoner Remakes are a tricky subject though, but the fact is remakes are for new audiences that didn't experience the original. This comes with updates for what that audience is used to.
No one is remaking games for fans of the original

The intro is literally 12min alone using speedrunning strats or 15+ playing normally and just rushing/skipping all cutscenes
The Chloe section is another 5 minutes, so that's 20+ minutes wasted EVERY RUN

Both of these sections are like 5 minutes each especially if you are skipping their cutscenes on repeated runs.
It is really not as bad as everyone is making it out to be lmao
