Took me by surprise that people still mention the SEO SAS podcast myself and @BranchHyena used to do. People were saying really lovely things about it during #BrightonSEO.

@willcritchlow Cat food and eye drops. Cat food in case of sudden hungry yowls from cats during calls and eye drops because online meetings don’t provide screen breaks, so it’s really nice to rehydrate sometimes 👀

Can confirm running as fast as you possibly can on a treadmill whilst listening to your favourite song* on repeat is very effective stress relief.
*Song must be Numb / Encore.
