If Trump and Netanyahu dont take this agreement then there was no intention of having tangible talks to get a longer lasting peace. But Again Israel wants 0 Uranium for Iran, Israel wants Iran to be toppled so that it can run it and cause internal conflicts as it wishes. Basically Israel is requesting unachievable demands which can be translated as we want America to invade Iran and take the SOH, Kharg and possibly whole of Iran.
