@Xfinity is just awful. Now 2 1/2 hours past a service window and no tech has shown up. No notice on the delay. Multiple calls to Xfinity and still no resolution or confirmation on when a tech will arrive.

@Xfinity Worst service ever. Need to talk to a representative, but phone number is impossible to find. Once I finally found it, I was hung up on by the automated service.
