I am watching Friday, April 3rd as a potential significant severe weather day, with all hazards in play including tornadoes. There is now growing agreement amongst models on a shortwave ejaculating into the Plains. However, there is still considerable uncertainty in the evolution of the trough, specifically its placement, and timing, leading to lower confidence at this time. Multiple additional severe weather days will likely occur both before and after the 3rd, but as of now, Friday appears to be the most favorable setup!

Here’s the full update. Today I was coming down the back bowls of Snowmass. Epic powder feeling alive. When all of a sudden a giant boulder hidden by snow revealed itself with me going about 10mph. I went to go stop myself but a snow well caved in and sent my board right into the boulder. Board took the full hit but the jolt was so violent it compression fractured my lower back. Thankfully it appears to be less than 50% and will likely not require surgery. I was so scared, every thought running through my head and immediately felt my legs and feet to make sure I wasn’t paralyzed when I heard the pop. My friends were just below out of view as it took everything in my to scream “I need help!” And I somehow dragged myself out of the snow and onto my feet to hobble over to them before I felt like passing out. Thankfully a new friend we met on the lift up had ski patrol on standby and they responded quickly but took awhile to get me loaded in freezing temps and I couldn’t stop shivering when I got to the hospital. I’m not saying I’d have died, but had I been solo and this happen this truly could have turned into a fatal situation. Not sure I’ll get on my board again, but I’m a Rigsby and Rigsby’s don’t give up. Can not describe how thankful I am that my buddy Mike Podesto was there to help and my phone has been exploding with well wishes and makes me feel truly loved. Close call and why I never take life for granted.

Over 9 MILLION people are at risk of critical fire weather conditions tomorrow across the Plains, from the Mexico border to western South Dakota and eastern Wyoming — with over 1,000 continuous miles of fire weather warnings in place. Wind gusts will likely exceed 65 mph at times across a large portion of the warning area tomorrow (Tuesday). With fuels in the 70th to 90th percentile, and RH values below 14% any fire that does start will act erratic and spread rapidly. I will be LIVE all day in the @WxWiseApp @ryanhallyall

While digging back into some video from 2025. I stumbled across the Dixon, SD #tornado on July 28. Until now, I did not realize how violent this tornado was in its final stages. Wind speed was likely pushing upwards of EF4-5 relms just with the eye test. Reminds me very much of the Ashby, MN twister. Thankfully this one didn't hit much and earned an EF-1 rating. Hello, all. I don’t get on social media much so I can unplug, do life more intentionally, engage in face to face conversations and relationships. It’s also an especially dark and corrosive place to dwell in, especially for Christians, so unplugging is essential. That being said, I wanted to address a few things that have come to my attention circulating around about me including false, hateful, malicious and lies made about me for the past several years now, and I’m here to put that to rest for good right now. Back in 2016 I was falsely and wrongly charged with two felony “peeping tom” charges by a D.A. that removed themselves from the case. This also included a heavily doctored document that has been circulating around social media, that was created and presented as evidence by the sheriffs department for a supposed “young victim” that was ultimately thrown out by a judge. To be clear, there was never a “young victim”, just the daughter that made a coached statement that was doctored by law enforcement and thrown out as evidence in the end. Three years ago another arrested was initiated for an unpaid court fee, that had already been taken care of, and I was unfairly charged by another D.A. with possessing a firearm, which was also thrown out in the end after there was no evidence. Pictures of my arrest were also maliciously taken and circulated around by an ex-girlfriend and her stepdad, as well as baseless rumors on private chats shared with me. I have documented malicious and harmful attempts of people openly cancelling me on social media and dragging my name through the mud with lies, but I have also documented cases of malicious attempts of people, some with fake accounts, privately and publicly contacting/tagging potentially employers, on social media and private messages, to block weather contracts in an attempt to harm me. People have come forward and shared public/private messages between others in discord and other social media platforms, accusing me countless times of being a s*x offender, ped*file and child molester, which is a lie and an extremely damaging, malicious statement to accuse someone of with zero evidence. Dear friends, that know the truth, have bravely stood up and defended me only to become victims themselves by people who want to drag their names through the mud with lies and more slander. They have even attempted at getting their contracts terminated. You probably know who they are and it breaks my heart that this has been happening. My friends and I have had enough and will no longer tolerate it. I want to make it clear that any further harassment, defamatory statements, slanderous remarks or lies, suggested or otherwise, by anyone towards me, family, friends, business partners/contractors on social media, public or private, will no longer be tolerated. There have already been a few attempts of harassment via messenger towards me that have ended with law enforcement getting involved. I am in the process of obtaining legal counsel for potential defamation and slander claims with the evidence documented and shared with me through public and private social media. I am all for freedom and free speech but when people cross the line by accusing somebody of a crime, especially with a minor with no evidence, that is demonic and crossing the line. There are serious consequences to those actions and I won’t put up with it. There needs to be accountability and If you choose to stay ignorant and hateful towards me or my friends, that’s a “YOU” problem. Just know it could be used to take legal action if you cross the line. That being said, I am extremely happy to announce that, in a huge win, I will have all my charges dropped and removed from my record in the coming months. This will include full expungement of my record. I am open and happy to have an adult conversation and answer questions anyone has about this in private. I’ve already done that in the past with people and even gotten a few apologies I have been so grateful for. One last thing. We are all human and my faith demands grace and forgiveness to everyone, but it doesn’t mean I will stay tolerant to demonic actions towards me.
