@Spud_Almighty I’m a big Stanley cup / hockey defender/promoter but I don’t think it compares simply because the World Cup just means more. Only happens every 4 years and the whole world competes to get here.

I have always liked soccer/football but after these last few weeks I’m convinced The World Cup is the greatest sporting event out there. Can’t think of anything else I would rather be watching over these games the last few days. Maybe march madness.
