@WyattCatarina @sxdoc Get a zero gravity chair. Try the outdoor ones first. I takes all of the pressure off of your back so you can actually rest. I brought mine inside and with a blanket and pillow, I slept on it for weeks. Lifesaver. I also bought horse muscle rub that got deep enough for relief.

Hey everyone, I could really use some advice and prayers right now. Over a week ago I threw my back out lifting a heavy pressure washer (I think that's the culprit) This morning I tried a gentle stretch since the pain got so bad and when I did it it felt like my back was collapsing and nearly sent me into next Sunday. Went to the ER yesterday, they gave me a Toradol, steroid shot and a tiny oxy script but charged over $2k and wouldn’t do an X-ray because I “didn’t fall.” They knew my history; back surgery at 24, plus both hips replaced (6 and 4 years ago). Still no imaging. They also sent the script to the wrong pharmacy (the 24-hour one instead of the one I specifically told them), so after traveling to "MY" pharmacy I had to turn around and had to sit in the car in agony waiting. I just called Patient Advocacy and explained everything and they said they'd call me "right back" over an hour ago. Pain is mostly one-sided, no sciatica or numbness (thank God), and it’s subsided just enough that I can sit for a bit and walk gently, but I have 8 indoor plus 4 outdoor cats to take care of (means scooping a lot) plus laundry/dishes/vacuum for me and my mom. I’m not getting any real rest and I’m scared I’m making it worse. Anyone been through bad back pain for over a week OR after hip replacements? What actually helped you? I’m trying so hard not to make this worse but I feel stuck. Any real advice would mean the world right now cuz I'm in a LOT of pain.😭

I’d at least like to know that someone is holding them, talking to them and loving on them as they drift off to sleep. I really hope so.

What would happen to any puppies born after the ban? If people were interested in animal welfare, breeding would not happen, imo.

Most dogs will do as they’re trained to do, it’s just that they’re big enough to hurt. I love all dogs but especially staffys and their big personalities.

In the US alone, half a million to one million pit bulls are put down every single year. It’s heartbreaking! We have to do better! ♥️🐾

Some dogs disappear into themselves when they arrive at the shelter. Lil Bentley is one of them. He is one of the most shut down dogs I’ve seen in a while. Ever since arriving at the shelter 2 weeks ago, he has refused to come out of his kennel. He spends most of his time curled into the corner, trying to make himself as small and invisible as possible. He doesn’t want to go outside and barely touches his food. And even the tasty treats staff and volunteers leave behind for him go untouched. It’s hard to tell you who Lil Bentley really is, because as of now, fear has completely taken over. The dog we’re seeing in the shelter is not the dog he truly is. We were hoping he would eventually open up in the shelter, but after two weeks, it is clear that what he needs most right now is a quiet room in a patient home and a place to learn that the world is not as scary as it feels right now. Lil Bentley is only 3 years old. He was tested around other dogs, but he was so overwhelmed that he barely even acknowledged them. Right now, survival mode is all he knows. We are hoping someone out there sees past the fear and understands that scared dogs still deserve a chance. Sometimes the quietest dogs have the most beautiful transformations once they finally feel safe. I hope Lil Bentley gets to have that transformation soon. UPDATE FROM COBB COUNTY, GA!!! 🎉 IT’S ZEUS’ FREEDOM RIDE 🎉 Zeus was a 10 year old senior dog whose story really broke our hearts. 💔 Apparently, his family moved out of their home and left him behind completely alone. He was found two weeks later and brought to the shelter. When Zeus first arrived, you could tell he was heartbroken. He barely wagged his tail, didn’t want to get out of bed, and just seemed so defeated by the world around him. Even when he started coming out with us volunteers, he stayed very quiet and withdrawn… 🥺 Then one incredibly sweet couple drove all the way from Chattanooga just to meet him… and the second they saw Zeus, they knew he was meant to be theirs. 🧡 When we brought Zeus into the office to get him dressed up for his big day, something about him already felt different. It was almost like he knew his life was about to change. The moment he saw his new parents sitting in the lobby, he immediately went right up to them like he had been waiting for them his entire life. 🥹 When they opened the car door, Zeus tried SO hard to climb in as fast as he could. We were all laughing through tears because although he’s an older senior boy, he was determined to make sure he wasn’t getting left behind again. And the second he got into that car, everything changed. That sad, quiet, heartbroken dog slowly disappeared right before our eyes. Zeus started smiling, rolling onto his back, asking for love, and soaking up every second of freedom. I truly believe he knew exactly what was happening 😭❤️ His new mom sat in the backseat beside him the whole drive home. She kissed him on the head, and Zeus looked back at all of us one last time… almost like he was saying thank you, and then laid down right next to Mom … His new family decided to rename him Worthy because they said he is worthy of love, and I truly do not think there could have been a more perfect name for him. It was such an honor to be part of your journey, Zeus. 💙 Thank you to this amazing couple for giving him the beautiful life he always deserved. Freedom looks so good on you, Worthy!! 😭🎉❤️

So let me get this straight, In December of 2018 Candace meets George Farmer for the first time. 17 days later they’re engaged to be married, By February of 2019 George becoming chairman of Turning Point UK? George is then positioned to become the CEO of Turning Point if anything were to happen to Charlie. Charlie is suddenly killed after he and Candace fall out, and instead of George taking over, Erika Kirk becomes CEO. Then for the next 7 months George’s wife spends every waking moment trying to point the blame to those closest to Charlie…more specifically his wife, the new CEO.
