Inspection was denied and replaced with partial electronic data. That denial is why I filed suit. An independent requester, @JasonFrazierUSA, received a broader log. When cross-checked 402 requests missing. 16 sequence gaps. Election records routinely denied or delayed. When September 22 checked and in plain terms: half a deck of cards was produced. Some missing requests involve federal election records, where transparency and retention are governed by federal law. When inspection is denied and records don’t match, this isn’t just a state issue. Funny how when it’s convenient Duncan loves Trump… until it isn’t. Once a Republican Lt. Gov, Geoff Duncan loudly blasted Trump and even spoke at the DNC telling others to “dump Trump.” Now he’s switched to the Democratic Party and is running for Georgia governor as a Democrat after years in the GOP and criticism of Trump’s election claims. Also worth remembering: years ago Fox 5’s I-Team confronted Duncan about his attempt to pitch a healthcare app concept, including a trip to New York to meet a healthcare vendor while he was in office.
