@scheff_matt @krakenfx @binance @coinbase It's weird though that binance requested the exact same documents and they sorted it in a week. So it's not to do with what I have supplied them it is to do with their support system just being bad. But I guess as you say I am sure with other CEXC have similar issues.

@BreakevenBarry @krakenfx @binance I've heard this story from @binance users as well. I've experienced it personally as a @coinbase user. I don't think there is a perfect option in this regard.

Between CNTs and Runes @krakenfx is really showing itself to be the best CEX. It is the only Tier 1 exchange that emphasizes community driven projects and protects its users from pump and dumps. Others such as @binance actively dump on their users. SUPPORT KRAKEN!

@krakensupport It won't matter I have brought the ticket to you multiple times it means nothing you can't even communicate with the support team. The Kraken twitter support is just a show it can't do anything.

Issues going on at @krakenfx. They requested documents I sent them documents. No reply from them in over a month now. @binance requested exactly the same documents and they sorted within 1 week. Worst customer experience ever.
