You can't tax rich people on unrealized gains from stocks because "it's not real money until it's sold."
So explain to me why my property taxes keep going up based on the unrealized value of my house?
I didn't sell it.
I didn't cash out.
I didn't make a profit.
But somehow I'm paying taxes on paper gains every single year.
Interesting how "unrealized gains" only become a problem when wealthy folks are involved.

@sapphirecigz @fckpuppet If your on Ritalin or any version of methylphenidate, all you have to say is that it does not help you get through the entire day (only about half) and you get tummy aches. There internal guides will tell them to mention an amphetamine based alternative. Makes you look better too

Social media companies use this to set a vibe on their platform. The top 10 comments on viral videos are bot/algo pushed 90% of the time. That’s the true manipulation of the masses through social media.

When I first got into Bitcoin in 2010, I was its #1 fan. It was supposed to be decentralized, self-custodied, free from whales and manipulation, and beyond government control.
Now, it’s a government-backed reserve asset. Self-custody has been replaced by ETFs, its price is entirely manipulated by scammy centralized stablecoins, and the system is controlled by the same institutions and fraudsters it was meant to destroy.
Bitcoin didn’t just fail its promises, it literally became the monster it was meant to destroy.

One day we're in a "trade war with China," and the next day we're not.
One day, there are threats of "100% tariffs," on Chinese goods, and the next day there aren't.
World leaders really need to do nothing but sit back and watch.
But the American people are taken on an emotional roller-coaster of threats that (ironically) would harm Americans more than anyone else.
