@MBTA I think the commutes times would be better if you closed the doors after 20 seconds of being opened. Leaving them open while the doors continue to beep for 10 minutes doesn’t seem to be working.

Chase employees and the most smug and abject staff I’ve ever encountered. Horrible experience at the Logan Sapphire Lounge. I’ve never been talked to in such a demeaning way in my life. @ChaseReserve

@ChaseReserve The Logan Sapphire Lounge does not know how to treat customers. The women at the host/hostess table were demeaning and made me feel like I didn’t belong. My wife won’t be using her Chase card any longer for this reason.

@ChaseReserve The staff at Logan International do a great job of demeaning people. I left in tears after the denied me at the desk twice and then yelled at me for signaling to a friend. I feel hopeless and defeated.
