RSI injuries are simple to treat, but not always easy. It takes patience, an understanding of the real lifestyle, physical and mental aspects that are contributing your pain and function But once those become clear and you learn more about your own body & health... It's just a matter of time.

Wrist issues can take time to recover from From unable to use PC > 1 hr or use his phone for more than 5 minutes because of pain To now completely pain-free even after 12-14 hours of work for several days in a row. In 12 weeks. Prepare your body for the activities you participate in. It doesn't matter if its gaming, drawing, playing music or vibe coding. You need to be able to handle the physical stress of that activity to avoid problems.

1. Went to ER Saturday night and spent around 6 hrs there, nothing torn or broken. 2. They gave me drugs that fk me up. 3. The Hip Thruster is better and have gotten mobility, 4. Exercise and stretch while you’re still young. If this can happen to a super athlete like me, imagine what can happen to an uncoordinated scrub.

Hector can’t play in the COD tourney tonight because, I shit you not, he injured his hip. Truly Old Men of OpTic.

Vigorous exercise forces the muscles to produce lactate, which then travels to the brain, triggering the production of key neurotransmitters like serotonin and norepinephrine. Low levels of norepinephrine and serotonin are linked to anxiety as they hinder our capacity to manage stress, often resulting in a state of learned helplessness. Analysis of 15 studies found that exercise, particularly vigorous exercise, is effective in alleviating symptoms of anxiety.
FoundMyFitness Clips@fmfclips

The brain health benefits of exercise are undeniable For one... Increased lactate after high-intensity exercise correlates with improved executive function "I, for sure, notice a difference in terms of, if I go hard, I feel better. I feel smarter." - @foundmyfitness

Workout Tip: When you finish a workout do a few rounds of Box Breathing. Here's why... When you exercise you put yourself in a stressed out state (aka. sympathetic). To speed recovery and decrease stress we want our bodies to be in a relaxed state (aka. parasympathetic). The best way to do this is to use box breathing to control your nervous system. How to do box breathing 1. Lie on your back or sit cross-legged. 2. Breathe in through your nose as you slowly count to four in your head. 3. Hold your breath for a count of four. 4. Exhale for another count of four. 5. Hold your breath again for a count of four. Repeat this for 3 to 4 rounds or 5 minutes. After you're done you'll notice a massive difference in how your body and brain operate.
