@DrDeepMD I run the largest sauna Wellness Group in the world for the last decade facebook.com/groups/saunade… I've spent thousands of hours researching saunas and getting feedback from tens of thousands of real world users. Email me or join my group and DM me for details.

@yoursimmo11 I'm just always found it strange that there's so much push for a specific amino acid as if it's somehow an isolated component that should be increased at the expense of the balance of the other amino acids.
English

Very unpopular truth:
Creatine monohydrate is manufactured by combining cyanamide (a fertilizer and pesticide feedstock) with sarcosine (a synthetic surfactant used in cosmetics) in a high-pressure reactor at 80°C.
The FDA approved it as a dietary supplement because it exists naturally in red meat. The creatine in your scoop has never seen a cow.
10oz of ribeye, three times a week, gives you every performance benefit of creatine monohydrate with zero cyanamide, zero sarcosine, and the B12, iron, zinc, and saturated fat your testosterone actually needs to exist.

@yoursimmo11 Scientism is the modern religion of the day if you're not a member you'll be shunned you have to be quoting from the holy scriptures which are the studies. I've learned to trust ancestral wisdom more than any studies
English

I used to quote studies to clients like gospel, cite HRV like it was truth, and trust bloodwork like it was a full picture.
Then I watched consensus flip on saturated fat, cholesterol, and salt within a decade.
I had clients whose numbers looked perfect and who felt terrible. Clients whose numbers looked broken and who felt great.
Pattern I see with every exec now is that he leans on "objective data" to feel in control... And yet, he's still exhausted. The data was giving him certainty. Not accuracy.

@JPMI_index @Dioclet54046121 Where do you track this Japan street price index?
English

@Dioclet54046121 Maybe not just manipulation vs charts
It’s different markets
Futures price positioning
Physical price availability
Japan retail still ~40% above COMEX
That gap says more than either side

English

I'm getting sick of technical analysis commentary on #silver that tries to mislead people into believing its price movements are determined organically by price charts, and not by decisions made by central price manipulators.

@CaudilloNuclear You use one word crucially wrong there from a Biblical standpoint the word shouldn't have been listened it should have been submit because that's what the Bible requires them to do
English

@MatthewWielicki The winters do seem to be much more mild over the last several decades on average especially here in the Pacific Northwest
English

New peer-reviewed research just dropped… and it’s awkward.
A study released today using actual U.S. station data (1899–2025) finds no significant trend in summer daytime highs and even declines in some temperature extremes.
Let that sink in.
Because the Fifth National Climate Assessment confidently told us extreme heat is accelerating.
The data, however, begs to differ.

@yoursimmo11 You forgot to mention the toxic petroleum based Soft gel with loads of chemicals in it that they put the rancid fish oil in
English

She's arguing about which form of rancid industrial fish oil your body can't use is slightly less useless. Whether it's a triglyceride form or ethyl ester form, both are likely heavily oxidized before they reach your gut. Eat sardines. The omega-3 debate ends at the fish counter, not the supplement aisle.
Dr. Rhonda Patrick@foundmyfitness
Not all omega-3 supplements are created equal. Most fish oil on the market is in ethyl ester form, which is cheaper to produce after purification. But it's not found in nature and is less bioavailable. What you want is triglyceride form omega-3s. This is the natural form found in fish, and it’s better absorbed by the body. With ethyl esters, absorption is highly dependent on food. You need to take them with a fat-containing meal to absorb much at all. On an empty stomach, you may be absorbing very little.

@yoursimmo11 I do a lot of outdoor work and exercise and I like learning while I'm working. I always avoid emfs which is why I have YouTube premium and podcast where I download long-form content in the wellness space from people that I respect. That's why an hour is ideal minimum
English

@BrettBret2 I'd like to do more long form. I prefer it over short-form. Why over an hour though? I can do long form here but I need to find a way to easily do time-stamps, etc.

Six years ago I hit 857 ng/dL testosterone after beating cancer.
- 15+ supplements daily.
- Training 6 days a week at 6am.
- Tracked everything via Whoop.
On paper, elite... but I was the most miserable I'd ever been.
Testosterone can be high while the rest of your system is broken. I was measuring the output of an engine that was on fire.

@NutriDetect How dare you mislead people into thinking that it's been elevated to a theory. It's barely a hypothesis and a sketchy one at that
English

@phenoatypical You're not wrong but that's just one of 100 examples of the ubiquity of self-deception lying and virtue signaling in our culture. You could eliminate 99% or more of people by expanding your net of dishonest virtue signals
English

@CaudilloNuclear It's not true the relationship is not the same after you spend that kind of money. The science is very clear that the more money you spend on your wedding the more like you are to get divorced.

@MacleodFinance You should have been more precise because your post was clickbaity and misleading. In the article he says possibly as early as this summer. Not will by this summer. There's a huge gap between possibly and definitely

@AlpacaAurelius You want to fact check yourself on this one because it doesn't look like this is accurate. It's less than half of that but it's directionally correct
English

@AlpacaAurelius Make a chart that shows the average lifespan and overlap it with average IQ and I think you'll find a very high correlation
