We honor the patriots who gave their lives protecting our freedom this Memorial Day Never forget the fallen merchant mariners and midshipmen of @UsmmaO who answered the call and paid the highest price for our country Their sacrifice inspires the next generation who serve America🇺🇸

In the $ACHR Q1 2024 Shareholder Letter, it states: “Midnight is closing in on its transition milestone, meaning it would take off vertically, accelerate until it transitions from thrust-born to wing-borne flight and then land again vertically.” (Link below) 🗓️Now the guidance after today is, that target won’t happen until the back half of 2026. That equates to still “closing in”…2 years later…and that’s for the 1st ever Midnight transition flight. Piloted or otherwise, the first flight still has yet to happen. (Insert usual response) “Archer already did a transition flight” and share a 2024 YouTube video of N302AX. youtu.be/EKG-6rxXAXE As you know, yes, N302AX is the only Archer aircraft to ever VTOL w/transition…except…is not a Midnight aircraft. N302AX is a Mid-Zero model. That is significant because it’s an older unmanned prototype aircraft (that required design changes). It’s a different model aircraft per the FAA registry. Objective facts, no reaching here 🤝 s202.q4cdn.com/174276461/file…
