@VERYCOOLLUKEY It's Jeni's and not even close imo. I don't know any other national ice cream producer that uses organic grass fed milk in their ice cream

It could be selection bias of Peter Attia guests (tho I don’t think so), but nearly every problem we are going to face in old and beyond starts decades before and centers around lack of mitochondrial function. “Easy” cardio seeming more and more like an inevitable requirement.
