@BrianKirwin I think she started raising flags about the rising cost in 2021 and has been talking about it since each year as the cost rose until it got to the out of control number it is today.

The argument that changing data center tax policy would be a breach of contract is something Spanberger already tried to advance during legislative session and was rejected by the Attorney General's Office. This is something only lobbyists are raising- no real lawyers think it.

This is a HUGE change in message from what Sec Sickles said at Senate Finance. He implied everything vetoed was on the table to be negotiated in the budget. Now Spanberger is saying its not.
If the Gov's own team can't understand her positions how does she expect others to?

I can verify this is true also. It's common to see petty personal beefs over nothing important escalate to ridiculous outcomes. It's as if "send in the clowns" were a governing philosophy.
