@_beyondalpha_ Product gave NONE of the promised benefits so l invoked refund guarantee after 50 days.I was told refund applied to only 1 of the 4 bottles! This is FRAUD and l want all my money refunded as per circled on attached screenshot which forms a CONTRACT!

@Postvox Typical and totally expected bulls**t answer. VAT has been deducted by Ebay as proved by documents submitted and l do NOT pay VAT twice. I want my stolen items delivered immediately

@BrianOC08 This matter was already raised with management of our ecomm team. As the sending service did not include a valid IOSS number in the electronic import declaration for the items to indicate VAT had been charged at the point of purchase, the charges can not be removed.

@postvox Fed up trying to get my (VAT paid) non-EU items released for the last few weeks.Customer service useless,just rehashing the same old tired excuses while my stolen items are held hostage pending a demand to pay VAT again. Total scam and thievery by a supposed 'service'

@BrianOC08 It is the responsiblity of the sender/sending service to ensure that the electronic import declaration for an item is correctly submitted with all relevant details. We can not amend it if not submitted incorrectly any further queries should be directed to the senders. - Cathal

@Postvox I have already been round in circles with the following - Michael,Jenny, Chris, Kirsten, Emmanuel and Alex among others.Answer is always the same tired old bull excuses.l even emailed An Post CEO but unfortunately got chucked back into the 'customer service' option. No good!

@LEDLENSER My P7 battery holder (flimsy plastic) just disintegrated and is now effectively unusable. Vendor doesn't reply - not impressed with them or with build quality to be honest. How do l get a replacement please? I do NOT expect to have to pay!

@RiaKapur Sounds like a plan for next time! My problem is l am very focused on shows - this year l did 40 in 6 1/2 days 😳 This means that eating tends to be an afterthought that l plug in whenever l can .... maybe l need a wingperson to make me stop and refuel every now and then 🤣
