@AmericanAir you're right about communication problems. My iphone AA app says differently. It shows an 11:40 pm departure. But, why quibble. Every one of the numerous departure times has been changed. So, will we have a crew?

Cmon @Uber - Fix your worthless app bot, fix your broken customer service, fix the incorrectly posted charge to my credit card (it should have been to a voucher) and, of course, fix the app so a person can make corrections happen. #epicfail

I think the Vegas odds on me getting an upgrade are a million to one for this 46 minute flight to Austin. I’m currently #32 out of 46 on the standby list.
