@BrightCellars Apparently broken ones...Bright Cellars refuses to take the package back when it was clearly damaged in transit. They want me to open the package and tell them which bottle was broken...aren't they all sticky and have shards of glass on them? WTF Bright Cellars?

@mader_cecelia Hi Cecelia, we do apologize for any trouble this has caused! FedEx is not supposed to deliver damaged packages to avoid any dangerous contents and our carriers are instructed to return them to us when damaged.

@BrightCellars The wine was great, but the fact that I can't actually access my account to change my subscription information, request reminders or literally anything else is bullshit.
All instructions say to access the drop down menu in the top right corner, but there is none.
