𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗽 "𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗽": While some users can finally log in, the experience is short-lived. A persistent error is kicking people out instantly, claiming the 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 the second you enter. This suggests that while the front-end app is "fixed," the handshake between the app and the backend servers is still broken. ⚙️💥 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁? The most frustrating part for many is the silence from the 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗵 support team. With "hanging" transactions (where money is taken but the payment fails), the lack of a responsive helpdesk is causing serious anxiety. 🗣️❓ 💡 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗼 𝗡𝗢𝗪: ✅ 𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗨𝗦𝗦𝗗: Avoid the app entirely for now. Use *𝟭𝟱𝟭# for all urgent transactions. ✅ 𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗥𝗲-𝗧𝗿𝘆 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: If money has been deducted but the merchant hasn't received it, wait for the reversal rather than trying again and losing double. ✅ 𝗘𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲: If the 𝟭𝟭𝟰 helpline is congested, try their official WhatsApp or social media handles, though response times are currently very slow.
