Before,I didn't even run for a min,now after 2yrs, have done: 10km (5times): last year 5km parkrun (51) In last 4months: 10km ( 10 times) 3 half marathon (21.4km) full marathon (42.2km) Also doing 50 to 60km run, per week. Once a week 2hrs indoor cycling/gym/cardio 1hr swimming
