My sciatica has been killing me for a month. Last night I went to the bar with my wife, took 2 sips of a beer and had to go home it hurt so bad.
I haven’t trained legs in a month. I’m starting to think babying it is why it’s not healing…
So I took 4 ibuprofen with my preworkout and I’m in my way to hit a light leg day. Probably all machine. Might just be a quad day if I can’t take the pain in my hamstrings. Wish me luck everyone.

@Leooweb3 No. I would rather have classic NSX and the cash to restore it.

@ThrillaRilla369 Close, my great grandmother was born in 1901. She lived to 101 and could tell some amazing stories.

Megan Fox was asked by Michael Bay before filming this Transformers scene,
“Do you have a nice stomach?”
She replied, “Well, in my opinion, yes I do.”
“So I figured I’m going to be running in a belly shirt, maybe.”
Bay later admitted that the reason she was cast was, “I just liked her look.”

Who is the Hottest TV/Movie Character ever? I’ll start:

@TheCinesthetic This movie is on par with Gladiator in my book. Excellent film.

Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World (2003) is Peter Weir’s most audacious work..a film so committed to authenticity it becomes poetry. The sea itself becomes antagonist. Zimmer’s score howls. Criminally, unjustly underrated.

A movie that's in your top 25 list but unlikely to be in anyone else's?

The Last of the Mohicans: period piece as psychological thriller as action opera as love story. it’s all of these and none of these. it’s just cinema.

@TheCinesthetic Like others have said, the scene in Saving Private Ryan. Genius filmmaking to stir so much emotion in me.
