@BritBox_US A shame to see so much classic British TV nowhere to be found on your app. The Ascent of Man, The Shock of the New, I Claudius, Connections, BBC Shakespeare, Alistair Cook’s America, Brideshead Revisited, Blake’s Seven… These shows are the bedrock of the golden age.

Hey @XfinitySupport and @BritBox_US — get your acts together. Lots of customers cannot access BritBox through their cable box right now. It goes to dark screen. BritBox streaming outside the cable box is working perfectly. Please fix.

@2otters These shows currently premiere one episode at a time every Tuesday. The finale of A Taste for Murder and the next episode of Death in Paradise will both be available for you this coming Tuesday.

@BritBox_US I have a subscription. Why do you allow me to watch every episode of a series except the last ones?! It says “video unavailable”. I’ve been watching Taste of Murder all day and can’t access the last episode. Same with Death in Paradise. Lame.

@Tomasthanes Hi there! Premier is completely optional. If you see an upgrade prompt, it just means the title is part of Early Access where episodes drop a little sooner. Standard subscribers still get the same shows on their regular release dates.

#TheRoyleFamily @BritBox_US only has Seasons 1 & 2 and missing extra episode of season 2. Missing is season 3 with 6+1 episodes and the 5 special episodes that came after. If adding series why not whole series?
