@frenchLLP @British_Airways BA never confirmed cont’d flight. There should be protocol for these situations. Instead of staff scurrying off, they should help customers. This wasn’t a cheap Ryanair flight. The Ljubljana flight is one of the most expensive. Perhaps take care of customers. There’s a thought.

@frenchLLP @British_Airways We were dumped in Venice (btw - flight was delayed 4 hours due to faulty wheel, not weather, that’s what pilot told us). One surly guy trying to find 150 ppl hotels at 2 am on a Friday night in the middle of summer. Airport shut so no food. Got hotel at 6 am. (Cont)

@British_Airways in Ljubljana airport still. Waiting at gate B3 at 12.06 am for a flight that has landed in Italy. Nobody at the gate to help or guide people. Appalling customer service. One 8 Euro voucher per person when the airport sandwiches cost 8.20 Euros. So bad!

@British_Airways Great start to our holiday … 4 hour flight delay at Heathrow heading to Ljubljana, thunderstorms so plane diverted to Venice, and to top it off our luggage hasn’t arrived!! Now stood in massive queue waiting for taxi into Venice. No BA or ground staff in sight!
